FMS Clone Record

Enables customers to configure any configurable view to support the cloning of a given record (e.g. a Service Ticket). Records are cloned and the data view will refresh and select the new record automatically in edit mode for review/completion. Users can define what fields are copied when the record is cloned (per view) and set new values from other fields, SQL functions and static values.
